Progressive Cavity Pumps

A rotor turning inside a stator moves a fixed cavity of product per revolution. Flow is proportional to speed and largely indifferent to viscosity, so shear-sensitive and solids-bearing liquid media arrive intact.

What it does.

Engineered for demanding environments, our range of progressive cavity pumps handles viscous, abrasive and shear-sensitive liquid media at consistent, low-pulsation flow. Self-priming, compact, and built for maximum operational power with ease of maintenance.

Whether the duty is reliable high-pressure water transfer or the delicate handling of specialised chemicals, the geometry delivers a constant volumetric output that a centrifugal simply cannot match on thick or laden product.

Engineering features.

Fixed displacement per revolution

Flow tracks speed, not pressure — so dosing accuracy holds as the system changes.

Low shear

Product structure survives the pump. Critical on emulsions, flocculants and food.

Solids tolerant

Handles laden and dewatered product that would block or wear a centrifugal.

Self-priming

Rapid start-up and consistent operation without foot valves.

Compact footprint

High delivery relative to physical size — an advantage on crowded plant.

If this is not the right geometry.
