SVG polyurethane knife gate valve

One-piece body with a high-performance Polyline-Urethane lining, built for aggressive slurries with excellent abrasion and hydrolysis resistance in wet and dry service.

Sizes: DN50 – DN750, drilled & tapped to BS, ANSI, SABS, BS10 Table 1
Body: Epoxy-coated cast iron (BS1452 / ASTM A126 Cl. B / ASTM A48)
Lining: Polyline-Urethane
Blade: 304 / 316 / SAF 2205 duplex

Flanged knife gate valve — interchangeable with Clarkson KGA

Double-seat design with replaceable seat liners. No gland to maintain and no seat cavity where solids can collect. Bi-directional and bubble-tight.

Sizes: DN80 – DN750 (DN80–250 drilled AS, ANSI, SABS, BS10 Table 1)
Body: SG iron Gr. 42 (SABS) or fabricated steel, externally epoxy-coated
Gate: 304 / 316 stainless; 17-4 PH, Hastelloy on application
Sleeves: Gum rubber (standard), nitrile, EPDM, butyl, Hypalon
Pressure: DN80–400 to 7 bar with 316 blade; to 10 bar with 17-4 PH (to DN350)
Actuation: Handwheel · chainwheel · pneumatic · hydraulic · gearbox · electric

Wafer knife gate valve — interchangeable with Clarkson KGD

Compact, double-seated wafer design with no metal parts in contact with the slurry and no clogged bonnet to impede flow. Bubble-tight and bi-directional.

Sizes: DN50 – DN700 (DN50–450 drilled to ANSI 150#, BS, SABS)
Body: Epoxy-coated cast iron, fabricated steel, WCB or CF8M stainless
Gate: 304 / 316 / SAF 2205 duplex, optional coatings
Pressure: 304/316 gate: 10 bar (DN50–400), 6.2 bar (DN450–600). Duplex 2205: 16–25 bar
Top works: Angle iron, A-frames or side plates; adaptable yoke takes any actuator

Lubrication and flushing ports and lockout brackets available. Leak- and pressure-tested to ISO 9001:2015. Certified chemical and physical test reports on request.
