Cyclone is a proud partner to EMEC of Italy. Since 1982 EMEC have designed and produced instruments for water treatment and chemical dosage.

Where you need to inject exact, highly accurate volumes of chemical into a pressurised system, a precision metering pump is the right instrument. Two architectures dominate: solenoid-driven and stepper-motor-driven diaphragms.
Because these pumps handle aggressive liquid media — sodium hypochlorite, sulphuric acid, polymers — the wet end is specified accordingly. Heads are machined or moulded PVDF, diaphragms are solid PTFE, and double-ball check valves prevent backflow and siphoning.
Stroke rate follows an external analogue or pulse signal automatically.
Higher models read pH, ORP, conductivity and chlorine directly.
One pump covers maximum and trace dosing on the same installation.
Maximum flexibility and chemical resistance.
Alternative materials available for thermal or solvent demands.
Three other ranges that may suit the duty better.

Viscous, abrasive and shear-sensitive liquid media at consistent, low-pulsation flow.

Pulsation-free, low-shear transfer with flow independent of pressure.

High-volume output and durability in heavy-duty transfer duty.
Send a duty point, a failed part number, or a drawing. We will come back with a sized selection and a lead time.
