End-Suction DIN/EN733 Centrifugal Pumps

Cyclone Pump Range

End-Suction DIN/EN733 Centrifugal Pumps

Engineered to strictly adhere to DIN / EN733 dimensional and performance standards, this series of single-stage, end-suction centrifugal pumps provides highly reliable fluid transfer for industrial, commercial, and municipal applications. The hydraulic design features an axial suction port and radial discharge, optimised for high-efficiency continuous operation in horizontal mounting configurations.

Back-Pull-Out Design ISO 1940 Class 6.3 Balanced Up to 550 m³/h

DIN / EN733 Standards Compliance: Every unit is engineered to meet stringent European dimensional and performance standards, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and long-term operational excellence across industrial and municipal applications.

Product Overview

The End-Suction DIN / EN733 series represents a benchmark in reliable, cost-effective centrifugal pumping technology. These single-stage, axial-suction pumps are engineered to deliver consistent, high-efficiency fluid transfer across a broad spectrum of industrial, commercial, and municipal applications. The robust volute casing combined with dynamically balanced impellers provides years of trouble-free service.

A defining feature of this series is its back-pull-out design, which allows maintenance personnel to completely dismantle the bearing assembly, impeller, and shaft seal without needing to disconnect or remove the heavy volute casing from the existing pipework. This design philosophy dramatically reduces maintenance downtime and labour costs.

Core Engineering & Construction Features

Hydraulic Casing

Robust volute-type casing equipped with easily renewable wear rings to maintain tight internal clearances and extend operational lifespan. The proven casing geometry ensures stable, efficient operation across a wide range of flow conditions.

Impeller Dynamics

Impellers are dynamically balanced in accordance with strict ISO 1940 Class 6.3 standards to minimise vibration and bearing wear. This precision balancing ensures smooth operation even at maximum rated speeds and delivers exceptional bearing longevity.

Sealing & Thermal Capabilities

Packed Gland (Standard): Rated for fluid temperatures up to 110°C, ideal for general industrial and municipal applications. Mechanical Seal (Optional): Upgrades available for elevated temperatures up to 140°C, providing enhanced reliability in high-temperature service.

Material Metallurgy

Highly customisable to suit corrosive or abrasive media. Cast Components: Cast Iron, Bronze Alloys, 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex Stainless Steel. Fabricated Components: Standard Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex Stainless Steel.

Drive & Electrical Specifications

The units are powered by heavy-duty asynchronous electric motors configured for rigorous industrial demands.

Standard Motor Specifications

Class F insulation · IP55 enclosure protection · B3 mounting footprint · Operating at 50Hz / 400V.

Automation & Customisation

Can be seamlessly integrated with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems for precise volumetric control. Specialised motors (e.g., enhanced IP56 marine enclosures) are available upon request to meet harsh environmental conditions.
